collection. You will be able to reach into your closet and find everything you need to put together
a professional and impeccable outfit. We will then determine your wardrobe needs - if any.

On these trips, we will shop together based on
our findings during our image assessment session
and your budget.

Grooming
At your request, I will answer all questions you have about clothing care, hair, makeup, facial hair, personal hygiene, dental care, fragrance, nail care and more.

Pilates One-on-One Training
Body language is the reflection of a person's state of
mind. Many forget that the most revealing sign of
aging is posture. As a certified Pilates instructor,
I will teach you how to attain a life-long confident
posture. Give your body a "facelift" with Pilates.
